The Executive Management Accelerator is a comprehensive program of advanced management concepts and techniques. Built on the 5S Model of Executive Management, the program leverages various aspects of the apprenticeship model to be engaging and effective.

Applicable to managers of all tenures - this program DOES NOT cover the basics of management. The techniques and concepts covered have been effectively used across tenures from Department Managers, VPs and SVPs to Executives.

What We Do
The Executive Management Accelerator is aimed at Intermediate Managers looking to develop their executive mindsets.
This 6-month program embeds key Executive Management concepts through a high-performance learning experience. Masterclasses, applied exercises, coaching, and consulting ensure that the thinking is applied immediately.
The Management Distillery can work with you to develop larger Enterprise programs involving the entire management team. We work with you to define cohorts and timing and there are also options to use your executives and senior managers as facilitators.
